2. Method of Collecting Personal Information
We collect information on our customers mainly through application forms, contracts and questionnaires, etc. We may also collect personal information through the internet, e-mail and postcards, etc. as a result of running campaigns.
Note that the provision of personal information by customers is voluntary.
However, if you do not provide personal information, you may not be able to complete specified procedures.

3. Provision of Personal Information
We will not provide information to any third party without a customer's consent. However, this does not apply when required by law. If we outsource work to a third party based on the customer’s consent, we will stipulate in the contract that the service provider should manage the customer's personal information in the same way that we manage it, and we will check the service provider's management system as appropriate.
4. Protection of Personal Information
We strive to protect personal information provided by customers by taking appropriate security control measures in accordance with laws, regulations, guidelines, and our internal rules in order to properly manage personal information and prevent unauthorized access, loss, alterations and leaks, etc.
5. Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, Addition or Deletion, Suspension of Use, Erasure or Suspension of Provision to Third Parties of Personal Information
When a customer requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure or suspension of provision to a third party of information on the Person Concerning ("Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc."), we will respond promptly in accordance with our prescribed procedures having confirmed that the customer is the Person Concerned, in order to prevent unauthorized acquisition or alteration, etc. by a third party. 6. Personal Information on Minors
We may obtain consent from a guardian or statutory agent as necessary with regard to persons under the age of 18.
